We stand behind PreFlight EPUB. If our one-click fixer or EAA remediation tool fails to resolve your EPUB validation errors or fails to get your file accepted by retailers (Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Kobo, IngramSpark), you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Eligible Purchases

• Single Book Rescue Pass ($9): Eligible for full refund within 14 days if the tool cannot resolve your file's errors.
• Pro Monthly Subscription ($10/mo): Eligible for full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription signup.
• Pro Annual Plan ($79/yr): Eligible for full refund within 14 days of original purchase.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time without penalty. You can cancel directly via:

• The customer portal link provided in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
• Your PreFlight EPUB account billing settings.
• Sending an email to support@preflightepub.com.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the conclusion of the currently paid billing period.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, simply email support@preflightepub.com with your order reference number or the email used during checkout. Our team processes refund requests within 24 to 48 hours. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
